There was a big, but yet, major shakeup at the skits at I-CON 27 on Saturday night at Stony Brook University. Not only the Pants Cosplay group was a no show, but according to our crew that was out at the skit said that the show was delayed by nearly two hours. “This is [was] an unprofessional act of Stony Brook (University) and I-CON,” said one interviewer who talked to Vidgle while waiting for the skits to start. The problem was audio trouble which was experienced during the first three acts. Placed in a gym this year instead of a lecture hall, the room was half empty by the time the equipment was replaced.
There will be an upcoming episode of the Con Goer of the entire skit performance, including the trouble coverage.
